Do you offer a trial?: Yes. You get 14 days with every feature unlocked. We ask for a card up front, you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when the trial ends?: Your subscription starts automatically at the plan price, billed to the card on file. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you won't be charged.
Where are payments processed?: Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and sales tax / VAT for every country we sell to.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: Your data stays in place. You can re-activate by subscribing again at any time. If you delete the workspace, retention follows the schedule in the Privacy Policy (30 days, then purged from production).
